Nestled in the urban heart of Alexander Road, Alexander Residences represents Clarence SiMar Group’s pursuit of refined, sustainable living environments. Designed as a mid-rise residential development, the project brings together architectural elegance, spatial efficiency, and human-centered design.
From the earliest sketches, the concept focused on creating a sense of community and harmony between the built environment and nature. The 27,217-square-metre site was approached with sensitivity, emphasizing natural light, ventilation, and visual openness.
In collaboration with Urbanscape Architects, Clarence SiMar Group developed a design that blends modern minimalism with contextual awareness. The façade composition—crafted with glass, stone, and natural finishes—creates a timeless rhythm of transparency and solidity, capturing both light and life.
Sustainability lies at the project’s core. Passive energy strategies,efficient materials, and landscaped terraces ensure an environmentally responsible and comfortable urban lifestyle. Each design decision was guided by the belief that architecture should enhance wellbeing and enrich daily living.
The interiors reflect calm sophistication, using warm textures, soft tones, and generous daylight to create inviting private spaces. Every residence tells a story of balance between aesthetic precision and functional simplicity.
